On any given night at Tidal Creek, Brewmaster Patrick Gibson has roughly 17 rotating small-batch beers on tap. The range is intentional, crisp European Pilsners and sessionable Blonde Ales for the lighter-drinker nights, West Coast IPAs and Hazy DIPAs when you’re ready to go deeper, and American Brown Ales that pair beautifully with the outdoor evening air.

The Craft Kitchen runs a full dinner menu every day from 3–9pm including this weekend’s brisket and hot dog specials, and Happy Hour runs 4–7pm Sunday thru Thursday.
