The Roasted Bean found a new home near The Market Common after its lease expired earlier this year.
The coffeehouse is officially moving into the new Tidal Creek Brewhouse location where it will continue serving coffee, teas and food during the mornings and supplying its own roasted coffee for Tidal Creek beers.
“We were Roasted Bean fans,” Tidal Creek President Dara Sawczuk said. “It is just a perfect collaboration at this time. We are excited for their future and our future.”
Tidal Creek will be Myrtle Beach’s latest craft brewery located in the Market Common area. Many of the brewhouse’s early business meetings took place in the old Roasted Bean location.
When the coffee shop’s lease ended, it continued serving coffee out of the “bean machine” van in the Tidal Creek parking lot.
