North Carolina company hopes two new buildings will stimulate business in Downtown Conway
A project that includes condominiums, restaurants, a brewhouse, some offices and/or retail businesses could begin construction in Downtown Conway sometime after the first of the year, according to a Raleigh, N.C., developer, who says he’s fallen in love with the charm of Conway and the beauty of the Waccamaw River.

Tidal Creek Brewhouse was founded by Adrian and Dara Sawczuk. This place is a brewery, roaster and a craft kitchen. They have a coffee master who works in the back and makes all the coffee. The brewer comes from California and worked for an award winning brewery on the West Coast.They have some very tasty food on a shareables menu that you can order starting at 3p.m. until 1 hour before close.
